Same here on my new Vivoactive 4s. According to some forums this seems to have been an issue for several months.

I have the same problem error code 010. I can connect to bluetooth. You have permisdion to reach out to me to gather infor.. Rouyer setting has not t been customised.

Hello all, I have had success!
1. Rebooted the watch by holding the top button for up to 15 seconds. Watch goes off. Turn it back on when you are able.
2. Ensure latest software is updated.
3. Reconnect to home WiFi and then re-installed Spotify . It now allowed me to download and play my music! Hope this helps others
