Hello, I’ve encountered an issue while updating the firmware on my Venu X1. The current installed version is 15.33. I received a notification that version 15.52 is ready to install; the watch restarts, but the new firmware installation does not proceed.
I reset the watch to factory settings with data deletion and cleared temporary files, but that didn’t help - the firmware still doesn’t update. I also noticed a difference: previously, during updates, a gear icon with a green progress bar appeared, but now only a blue triangle shows up.
I additionally tried updating via a computer using Garmin Express, but the update still does not install. What else would you recommend?
