I've been going all in on my X1 after years of running with my Garmin. I'm more into sleep score, body battery, ... And now strength training. This is the BIG PROBLEM.
So I do a PUSH day and a PULL day for strength training. I've set up all my exercise fields (how can there be no decline bench press.?.).
There NEEDS TO BE A WAY to save the workout done and use it and the weight used as the next workout. You can not keep using the same workout over and over again without any ability to 'move forward in your strength training.
- I do NOT need to know my starting military press is 38 every single time I lift weights. I get stronger. When I move up to 40, I want THAT to be the number that shows up for my next workout, not 38 for the rest of my life.
Does this make sense. Figure out how to do this and I can leave the manual entry on paper behind.
