IR remote/MFW no emojis available? (sw 15.16)

The X1 has no emojies for the iR remote or MFW (Messenger for wearables app) available? Other Garmin wearables have emojies available for answering/sending a message or react just to a message with an emoji. Another limitation/by design or are iR remote and MFW not up to date yet?

    Seems that still an older interchange widget remote and MFW version are used? On other Garmin wearables emojis are available:

    We just tested this out on our end, and we've been able to use emojis with the Messenger app on a Venu X1. Just to clarify on your latest comment - does your X1 currently have emojis available to use within the inReach Remote widget and the Messenger app?

    With 15.16 I saw no emojis. But because of the missing different coordinate systems, I have returned my X1.

    Btw: it was a stupid decision to remove the different coordinate systems via a sw update. An outdoor watch, especially at this price point, has to have that!
