Same issue here. It gets maybe 1 out of 5 of my tee shots if using a driver or wood. It detects iron shots off the tee much better.
None of these apply to my case. It detects other shots, it just rarely recognizes tee shots with woods. It seems like it's not sensitive enough to detect a shot if you don't impact the ground
