I didn't find any Update to Ver. 10.70.

Likely they are doing rollout - as usual - in batches.
Doesn't matter whether you try on the phone or via Express.

It popped up for me in Garmin Express today.
No installation issues for me. Another one reported a boot loop.

Yesterday, the update appeared on my Venu X1 and installed without any problems!
