The watch freez in elliptical exercise

I bought garmin venu x1 watch and during elliptical workout the watch completely freeze at minutes 43,45, this has happened to me now twice, what is the solution?

May I have your permission to review your Garmin Connect data? What date's for the elliptical activities that froze? Did you by chance get a picture of the display while it was frozen?

Thank you! Yes, you’re welcome to review the Garmin Connect data. Since posting this, I’ve completed two additional elliptical workouts and the watch did not freeze during those.

I also have another issue I’d appreciate your help with: when doing an indoor walk and I raise my wrist to check the watch, the pace briefly shows 0 although i am using garmin hrm 600 . This doesn’t happen when I do the same on the Forerunner 970. Is there a difference between the two watches?
