Honest answer, I don't know. several of peers tried to duplicate the issue and those who were successful all noted they had pending voice mails. I wanted to ask so that I could add the info to the support…
I tried on my Venu X1 and was unable to reproduce this. Are you using an Android or an iPhone? What OS?

I had 27 notifications this morning - I hit dismiss all and on the notification screen it says 0 - but then when it goes back to the watch face it still says 2.
Any chance you have 2 voice mails on your phone that haven't been listened to?
I actually had 15 voicemails that hadn't been listened to. I cleared all 15 of them and now my count is at 0 on the watch face. Does it look at some arbitary time in the past for voicemails? I constantly get spam calls that go to voicemail so it's rare that I clear them all.
