Venu Sq has poor timing accuracy for races

Venu Sq never accurately records running time when I participate in timed 5K Parkruns. I have completed 15 races so far this year. Every time my Venu Sq says I have completed the run on average 4-5 seconds quicker than my official time. Am I the only one who has this issue?
