Do you know if it’s possible to obtain heart rate variability (HRV) metrics from standard activities like yoga?

Dear all,

I have previously recorded data using the standard yoga activity mode
that comes pre-installed on the Garmin Venu Sq2.
The output I received included heart rate, breathing rate, and stress level.

Do you know if it’s possible to obtain heart rate variability (HRV) metrics from this data?

I’m specifically interested in viewing my HRV,
ideally through direct access to the raw data,
such as R-R intervals (the time between consecutive heartbeats),
which are commonly used to calculate HRV.

Is there any way to view or export this kind of raw data for my stored activities?
If so, could you let me know how to do that and where I can access it?

Also, do you know who I could contact regarding access to the relevant data needed to determine heart rate variability?
As far as I understand, this raw data is already used internally to calculate stress and heart rate metrics.

Thank you very much in advance for your support!
