MY Venu Sq deleted a cycling activity, before I uploaded it. Can I restore it?

I rode 55 miles the other day. Paused the watch when I stopped for a break. It then deleted - I must have touched that button by accident. I would love that ride data back. Possible?

Probably not. What you can try is to connect the watch to a computer and try restoring deleted files. If you're lucky one of them will be the recorded fit file
