Venu sq2 stopped showing map

After „walk” activity I do not see course on map. Map is not showing in GC. It works few weeks ago and suddenly it stopped works. All date are correct (distance, steps, HR etc) are there and they are correct, only course is missing. Any idea what is going here?
of course … I starting my „walk” once GPS signal is „green” :)

  • The Map not appearing is a sign that the GPS is not properly acquiring a signal. I recommend Using Garmin Express to Update Your Watch's Software. If that does not resolve the issue please reach out to Garmin Support for assistance with this issue.

  • I have the same issue. Looks to me a bug since the update to 2.66. Green, indicating gps is ready and recording activity in GC, but the route on the map is not shown (completely). Also gps seems off (?), as what the map does show in GC is not accurate at all. Sometimes just straight lines through buildings and woodland for multiple km's. That's occurring recently, am a happy camper with the watch for almost 2 years now untill the latest update. Today, a 17km run showed in GC as 20 1km laps (rounds..). Have this issue for some time also. Hopefully a next update can fix? On the other hand, could the problem (also) lay within GC itself?!

  • Are we the only ones with this issue? It's becomming very annoying now. Like stated before; the gps seems to work correct as all date is recorded as it should and did before. No issues there (besides the extra rounds registered as I mentioned). But the map in GC is way off since the last few months. Not just inaccurate, but sometimes displaying nothing at all. I already have the latest firmware (2.66) installed, but to my surprise received a short software update a few days ago. I hoped Garmin fixed the issue, but that seems not to be the case. My bike computer (Garmin 830) still seems to work correct and displaying the route in GC as it should. What in the *** is going on here?

  • Working good for me on 2.66.

What happens if you look at the activity on Garmin Connect on the web?
