I've often heard that the SQ2's pedometer is rubbish because it counts every movement (not just steps), for example when you roll over in your sleep or hammer a nail into the wall.
Does anyone have experience of how accurate the pedometer is, whether it really counts every step but no other movements?
And how accurate is the watch's other health data, I know it's not a medical device but it would be good to have something close to accuracy.
The reason for the Garmin Sq2 is also that it has a fall detection and SOS function, can anyone say anything about that?
