my watch is showing memory full and cannot clear it. please someone help me.
You can connect to a PC via the USB cable and have it function as a removable hard drive. Then you can delete the activities in the activities folder. Just make sure they're synched to Connect before you delete them.
You will want to delete the history as pshare mentioned. This can also be done from the watch: Delete All Activities
