Skin rash

I have my Garmin watch for over 2 yrs but after 1,5 yrs I started to develop a rash on my wrist underneath/around the band. Samen happened when I swapped wrists, and even in my ankles. I cannot wear it anywhere now since even if it seems healed it will return after wearing it shortly. What is the best way to avoid this skin rash ; which band should I use instead of the silicone one?

  • A similar issue arose for a lot of people with the Vivoactive 3's silicone band. Even if out of warrantee, Garmin replaced the band free of charge with a band made of rubber with notches on the both parts of the band as it was a health issue.

I suggest you contact Garmin support because they take it very seriously.
