Why has my venue sq stopped recording my steps, heart rate, sleep etc?

Why has my venue sq stopped recording my steps, heart rate, sleep etc? It is stuck on a step count it had at the end of Jan 2024 when I got an app update At the end of Jan 2024

It sounds like tracking is turned off. Have you tried restarting the watch? A more agressive thing to try is to reset the watch to default from settings but you would lose anything you've added or customized…

Someone here might know how but you can contact support about how to check if the sensors are actually working.

Thanks. Was considering resetting to default. Have had to do it once before following a software update
