how do you add a sport not already in the watch

Can some one please give me step by step instructions on how you add a sport (ie table tennis) to the Garmin Venu Sq2 which is a sport that is not included in the ones already loaded into the watch?

Thank you for your reply but unable to find an app for monitoring table tennis activity only a game to download. Any further suggestions please?

They aren't in there.

Table Tennis is currently only an available option for the Venu 3 wellness watch. If you are unable to find a Connect IQ app for it, unfortunately, there wouldn't be any other way to add this to your watch.
