i bought my venu sq 2 music and the music in my headphones keeps cutting off it doesn't matter where i put the watch (left or right hand) i have Powerbeats Pro headphones and it works fine with all my other instruments. i tried to pair them again and again and i tried to do hard reset to the watch and nothing works. the music even cuts off when i don't do nothing just sit.

any body can help?

As a experiment, put your watch on your other wrist and see if it still happens. I has one set of headphone where it was fine with the watch on my write wrist, but had dropouts on my left wrist. In that case, I could set which ear bud was the receiver and could switch from the right to the left and keep the watch on my left wrist.
