When you have Move IQ enabled, it is possible for a Move IQ event to be detected even while you have an activity recording on your watch. To record a more detailed activity that counts toward your goals and totals, start the timer on your watch at the beginning of your activity and stop when you are finished.

Hi, yes I do. Should I keep it on, or should I turned it off? It works, I noticed some short bike ridings which I did not want to record, however, there were in statistics. Thanks!

If you're annoyed by the auto-save I would turn it off. Start the timer when you're doing an activity.

hello, so I turned off that Move IQ thing, one run went ok, the second one again auto saved without any reason. I am just wondering if there's somebody from Garmin reading what the customers are complaining of. but most probably not. extremely disappointed about this auto-save feature which cannot be turned off.

Sometimes Garmin responds, but it's not guaranteed. Contact Garmin Product Support directly. There are options to call, chat, or email.
