Venu 3 SQ release

Hi.

My favorite Garmin is Venu 2 SQ and I was looking forward new 3 models series to have square model as well, but there are only round models released.

Is there any official information about Venu 3 SQ release ?

Because Garmin is a publicly traded company (GRMN), they don't disclose future plans. This is in compliance with SEC regulations. New hardware and features are announced in their official press releases…

I also prefer only square format watches. Garmin is missing out by not offering a Venu SQ 3 or the square format for their other watches.

Then they will loose customers who will be not waiting for future release and will by products of other company

I've been holding out for a venu sq 3 announcement. I'm starting to get to the point where I'll probably just pull the trigger and get a Fitbit instead. I'd love to stay with Garmin but they don't seem to love the square

As mentioned earlier in this thread, Garmin will never announce a product before it is actually released. However, the rumors and leaks will intensify as the potential release date nears.

Yes, you're correct. The decision to keep product announcements under wraps is more of a strategic choice to maintain competitive advantage, build anticipation, and control the narrative around their product launches. Anything official is going to be from the Garmin Newsroom - www.garmin.com/.../

Also, several sites known for leaking information will give you all the information you want, and for the most part they are correct.

decision is keeping announcements under wraps probable made because there is no outstanding changes between model generations

I always imagined that if I got a smart watch that it would be round . I saw a venu SQ on ebay for $80 so price changed my mind. I upgraded to an Venu SQ2 a year later , battery failed after a year , lasting only a day. I was keen to get an SQ3 if it existed . So I was forced to buy a STUPID ROUND SMART WATCH a Venu 3 ! Once you have used a square watch you feel that round watches are a waste of space. Apple watches ARE THE smart watch. Round smart watches are stupid.
