My Venu SQ 2 is having a few problems.
The past hour has recorded nothing, no steps, no heart rate, nothing like it was turned off. It's turned on and being worn whilst I clean my house.
The only thing that changed was my estimated body battery jumped from 18 to 51.
Not even while sound asleep does my body battery climb that quickly.
What is wrong with this watch?
I have noticed in the past few days the heart rate monitor is unreliable reading lower than usual, and dropped to 45bpm while weight lifting.
I have restarted the watch with no change in performance.
Is there something else I can do that might solve the problem?
