Editing the do not disturb time

Hi, 

for the past month since I got the watch I have been trying to figure out how to edit the do not disturb time. For example my watch is from 11pm till 8am in DND and I'd like to change that. I've been searching in the garmin connect app and on the watch and I just can't find it.
