Venu SQ2 watch time lagging behind

Hi,

I noticed on my Venu Sq2 the time is lagging behind. The time showing on watch can be up to 20 minutes behind the actual time. If I press the button or activate the screen again, the clock will jump to the correct time after couple of seconds. This caught my attention several times when the watch has given me the wrong time. This is very frustrating as I can't trust the watch before I check it several times for a few seconds. Anyone else experiencing the same problem? Restarting watch didn't help.

I haven't noticed but now that you've mentioned it, I'm going to pay more attention.

In any case, make sure you have the latest firmware update.

Hi!

I accidentally solved it myself by changing watch face I had time lagging when using analog looking watch face. I changed to digital look, and the issue disappeared. It isn’t a real fix of the problem I guess, but at least it is working well for me now.

Hi, I have exactly the same issue as yours... lagging up to 20 minutes but when I check a second time, it jumps to the correct time. Extremely annoying and has made me late on a number of occasions! I have an analogue screen as I prefer it and don't want to change to a digital one. Did you find a solution, other than to change the watch face? Thanks.

I have an analog face and don't see this. Could it be a bug with one or more of the analog faces?

Actually, I was using this one too! But changing it to digital solved the issue! It might just be a bug for this watch face only...

Just wanted to share that in my Venu SQ2 Music Edition (firmware v2.48) I never witnessed that behavior.

I have the following analog face, which is very similar to the one mentioned above.

Perhaps, those facing the issue can switch to this one to see if it solves the problem.
