Venu Sq 2 MUSIC voice trembles

I've had the watch for several months and basically from the beginning there is a problem on all headphones. Bluettoth is so weak that while the screen lights up, the sound in the headphones trembles. The same situation is when running, if there is some vibration, e.g. after 1km, the voice in the handset is intermittent, it trembles. I used different headphones to check it, Philips, Samsung Galaxy Buds, I use Beats Powerbeats 3 for running. The worst thing is on Chinese headphones, even during normal operation, the sound is interrupted. Do I have a faulty watch or does anyone else have it.

    I use headphones at the gym. I have already noticed that trembling every now and then, but never associated it with vibration.

    I'm going to try and reproduce that behavior!

    Voice shake occurs whenever there is vibration or the screen wakes up. There is no support from Garmin, the customer is to buy equipment and the fact that it has defects is no longer of interest to them.
    Wsty such a big brand like Garmin don't care that the equipment works properly.
    In general, for such a large number of users who buy watches, this support is non-existent, forum users also do not help. Everyone has a bug and gets tired of it, no one dares to write, don't be afraid to write if something doesn't work.

    I attempted to replicate the problem by vigorously shaking my wrist while utilizing the playrun app to play audio. I also woke the screen in the process. However, I was unable to reproduce the issue as the audio played flawlessly during the entire experiment.
