My Venu 4-41mm has not been tracking active calories accurately since the latest big software update in February. Unless I start an activity it does not track active calories at all during the day. I can complete 15k steps without starting a walking activity and active calories remain at 0. This seems to be resolved by turning the watch off and on again, and then active calories resume tracking as usual. I never experienced this issue prior to the February update.
My user profile information is accurate. My heart rate zones are accurate, but I reset those just in case. I have turned MoveIQ off and on. My watch strap is not loose. I have been using wearable tech for 10 years now and lead an active lifestyle, so I know my daily baseline very well and know this is very inaccurate. Turning the watch off and on is the only thing that seems to work.
Has anyone experienced anything similar, and do you have any solutions?
