All, just received this response from Terry at garmin Customer Support:
Thank you for the additional data. This issue is a high priority one for Garmin and we are activity tracking and
working this issue with the Engineering Team. We currently testing a fix that we have found but, we want to make
sure that we confirm that this possible fix is true and correct.
We should have an update coming out soon but I don't have a hard date on that to give you. Again, I am sorry that
the 16.28 had caused issues w/your Swim activities. I personally want to thank you for your patience for this issue.
