Since my watch has the 16.28 update, my swim activities have been totally incorrect.
eg. Distance, time, calories, pool length, pace.
When will the next update be to correct these issues?

I just spoke to Garmin Support and they are “investigating”. Rep I spoke with said it's probably not a big issue "since there aren't 20,000 people complaining about it" and that I should take people on…
That would be great. I'm pretty disappointed. Had the watch replaced, after real hassle. New watch did the software update to latest version and my swim today was all over the place. Not ideal for a £400…

I'm experiencing the same isue, with zero distance recorded for pool swim now and crazy high calories. I'd also really like to know when this will be fixed

I have the same problem, and it was ok before the 16.28 update. If anyone know how to fix it, that would be great!
Mine haven't been working either. So frustrating! This is what my watch looks like when I start a swim workout. Pool length is set correctly, and I've restarted multiple times. Was dreamy until a week ago, now rubbish.
When will a fix be available? This is clearly an issue with the latest update and many of us Venu 4 users are experiencing it so it's not an isolated issue. Garmin hasn't provided any details regarding a timeline for restoring the swim module.

Suffering the same here with my swimming and Venu4. EXACTLY th same. Can we all get notice of the fix for this? Mine looks just like the picture in the thread below.

I respectfully disagreed with him, and suggested instead that it is a new problem, with a newer product, and that it is likely much more widespread than he knows.
I recommend as many people call as possible to raise the priority for a fix. In the US, the number is 1-800-800-1020.
Frankly, his dismissive tone is even more frustrating than the problem.
