The new software update (16.28) brought some stability to the overall user interface.. but the Bluetooth connection is still a mess. A reminder that this is a $500 watch in 2026.
1) doesn't auto connect to the earphones. Always need to do it manually. But needs to be done before the workout starts, or else it drops connection.
2) if it drops connection, not the speaker or the Bluetooth works. Restart the watch.
3) if trying to pause or skip music or podcast mid workout, it lags and stutters all over, and it doesn't stop up until you finish your workout and remove the earphones.
4) after workout stops I'm still receiving lagging notifications from minutes before.
5) YouTube music is a joke for connection
6) etc etc etc
This it's what's coming to mind now.
A $500 watch in 2026 with Bluetooth connection issues. My previous watch (fr245M) worked perfectly.
Well the Bluetooth might have all this issues but at least I have a new useless glance that nobody asked for (Sports Scores).
