When I run Garmin Wallet and no PIN is required everything is OK, but when I have to enter PIN and than turn my wrist to pay, the display on the watch turn off and the widget too.
Please try updating the software on your Venu 4 to see if this issue is still present with the latest version (v16.28 at the time of this comment). If you have not received the update yet, you can manually download it by selecting Menu > Settings > System > Software Update.
