What do you mean by "not working?" Does that mean you can't see your watch in Windows Explorer when plugging it in? If that's what's happening, and you have the passcode turned on for watch access, try turning off the passcode or changing it to wallet only.
Hi yes can not see it in window explorer (my computer) there no beep in pc when you plug in/ no passcode set
