Venu 4 software 15.52 update failed

I opted out of the beta program (current version: Beta 16.14).

When attempting to update to the stable version (15.52), it shows “Download successful,” but the update never installs.

Does the stable release need to be newer than 16.14, or is this related to regional rollout? I’m located in Southern California.

I’d prefer not to reset my watch to remove the beta software.

  • Update: I fully reset my watch to factory settings but the beta version remains there. I guess I have to wait for a few more releases then. It seems lagging atm. Do you know how long I have to wait for a new release that is equal or higher than a beta verion. Please suggest what to do. Thanks
