Yesterday, my Venu 4 switched off while I was wearing it.
I wasn't listening to music or using any other functions at the time.
Before it switched off, the battery was at 90%.
Since then, the watch only turns on when it's plugged into the mains.
As soon as I unplug it, the watch immediately switches off.
The battery indicator shows 100%, and the watch has been charging for over two hours.
I've already performed a soft restart and installed the beta version 16.14
The crash occurred in version 15.33
According to support, the problem is known, and I'm supposed to "wait a few days." However, that's not a solution for me.
