Venu4 speaker

Hello!

We have a Venu4 watch. The purpose of changing an older samsung watch was: all "smart" functionalities we used on the old watch is available in Venu 4 and the battery life and health/fitness data is very good. The problem we have is with the speaker: Its very quite. Its almost unusable quiet. The speaker volume and system volume is at maximum value. 

Is it a bug? Or we have a defective watch? (We bought it from Garmin recommended, official vendor in Europe).

Can somebody confirm or deny if the speaker is very-very quite?

    So, my speaker in the Garmin Venu4 can be adjusted 10 times louder or quieter and sounds loud enough to hear the music being played clearly. It's possible that your Venu4 is defective!?? Contact support to have the Venu4 checked or replaced.

    Also, mein Lautsprecher in der Garmin Venu4 kann 10mal lauter bzw leiser gestellt werden und klingt laut genug um die abgespielte Musik laut genug zu hören.
    Möglich das eure Venu4 einen defekt hat.!??                                                                                                                                                          Setzt euch mit dem Support in Verbindung um die Venu4überprüfen oder austauschen zu lassen.

    Thanks for your reply! I will give it a try. The watch is bought on dec 22. 2025 and (based on some situation) did not even contacted with water or something. Maybe a factory reset will executed to give it a try. Thank you!
