Sleep Tracking interrupted, how to fix?

I sleep usually 10:00 PM and have an alarm setup for 3:50 AM to wakeup and pray and then i go back to bed around 4:40 AM to wake up again at 7:30 AM to go to the gym.

Since i have started this routine, i have tried most of the online solutions but Garmin Venu 4 does not seem to be able to understand i went back to bed etc and my HRV stats, sleep stats are all off including a massive decline in training readiness...

What i have tried so Far

a) Do not touch the watch, Ignore the morning summary and go back to bed after an hour


b) When going back to bed, tell the watch i am taking a nap , the training readiness, HRV does not get updated nor the sleep score, it seems adding a nap just recharges body battery, nothing else, its very intermittent, 1 out of 5 times it accepts there was a nap and gave me a training readiness and sleep boost score, the rest it recognised nothing....

c) Turned off the 3:50AM alarm and moved around, the watch doesnt detect the sleep again

d) Took off the watch the moment i woke up and put it on when going to bed....

What i suspect is that the 3:50AM alarm is hard / vibrate and even though my sleep schedule is set 10:00 PM - 7:30 AM per day the alarm just cuts inbetween and thats the max sleep i get to record? its the only thing i have not tried aka turning off the alarm as its my method of wake up too....

Would appreciate if there is a solution for this, the drop in stats is really bothersome, specially when i am going back to bed to complete my sleep hours
