Copied activity appears under original name

When I copy an activity e.g. "Walk" to a new activity "My Walk" and start an activity with the new name it appears under "Walk" in the activity history list.

I messed around with the outdoor activity "walk". I copied and deleted it multiple times. After some tries the copied activity didn't appear in the activity list anymore. Any idea how I can repair this? I wanted to create stair stepper activity, which counts the steps.

This is a separate issue but the postmaster joined it with the superordinate one.
