Venu 4 freezes when activity + music

Hello,

Same problem as many users, just did the new update but this problem is not fixed, when listening to music and soing an activity, the watch can crash with music clicking like if the bluetooth is not working properly.

I had before that a Venu 3 that works like a charm !

Garmin, when will you communigate about that problem ?!?!?!?!

The official customer service in China replied via email that the issue will be resolved in the December update. Let's verify the results then.

The Beta Version V15.30 did not fix the bug. Garmin is completly unable to fix this bug!

Oh my god, I just joined the beta group yesterday, thinking V15.30 would fix this issue. I was even planning to go for a run outdoors tonight to test it out. Looks like it's unnecessary now.It seems I still need to restart the watch before running to avoid it crashing.

So far I just did a run + music + bluetooth for the headphones in 15.30 beta and it did work fine. I cannot say it works, since in 15.16 sometimes it worked fine, and other it chrashed, I need to try more, but at least, first time did work fine.
