I'm really speechless about Garmin's service. If it were a hardware issue with the watch, I'd accept it if you told me this is the North American region. But it's clearly a software problem, and you're using the "North American forum" as an excuse. What was the original purpose of establishing Garmin's forums? The customer support in China also directed me to this forum to discuss the issue. Your response feels like blatant discrimination. I'm furious. I don't think you're fit for this job.
