My Venu 4 (running SW 14.12) randomly crashes during workout. Also the running metrics are completely off sometimes.
An example from today’s run (with Spotify active and Bluetooth headphones):
For the first part of the run everything worked normally, then the watch suddenly crashed. After a restart I could resume the workout. In the later part of the run, that’s when I noticed implausible high heart rates.
Later I checked the stats for the run in Garmin Connect, that’s when I saw that some other metrics where off - check the last ~9mins at the end where some metrics simply dropped out and cadence seems to be frozen to a constant value even some time before the others drop out:
When checking other runs, I also noticed the frozen cadence - even though I didn’t experience any other issues for those runs.
Since I have now seen more than one thread related to freezes and implausible metrics, will there be a fix for that?
