Daily suggested workouts gone

Every day now says "no workout". The prompt is turned on and it worked perfectly the first two weeks I had the watch. I have no training plan loaded. Any suggestions how to fix it?

There could be a couple reasons those are not showing. If you have paused training status or if your VO2 Max has not been established that could do it. Please review the troubleshooting section at the bottom of this article to see if these resolve that for you.

This did not solve it. The instructions are also not for the Venu 4. Any other suggestions?

Daily suggestions magically returned today without me doing anything. This watch is really strange.
