There seems to be a problem with the altimeter sensor

The Venu4's altimeter also seems inaccurate. At the same location, the Forerunners 265s showed 10 meters, while the Venu4 showed -27 meters. The actual altitude is probably around 12 meters.

Please try Calibrating the Barometric Altimeter. Let us know if this does not resolve.

Thank you very much. This solved the problem. However, I saw that there was an automatic calibration option in the options, and I thought it would automatically calibrate every time I checked the altitude. In the end, I just used the GPS to calibrate once and it worked.
