PIN - Enter Multiple Times

Hello,

Please fix the PIN function on the Venu 4. I enter the PIN when I put the watch on so I don't have to enter it when standing in a check-out line. However, much of the time I have to enter my PIN again when I'm trying to pay for something. This happens within 24 hours passing as I usually reboot the watch late in the evening so it rarely runs more than 24 hours at a time.

As you probably know, Garmin Pay uses this logic to invalidate the PIN session if the watch is taken off - Venu 4 series Owner's Manual - Paying for a Purchase Using Your Watch

I would check:

Settings > Wrist Heart Rate > set to Always On
Ensure the watch is snug (but not tight) and clean the sensor area
Try wearing it slightly higher on the wrist.

If nothing works, contact Garmin Support directly.

Thanks. The only options under wrist heart rate are on and off. When it's on it says "Auto." I do the other two items regularly.
