I have Spotify installed on my venu 4 and am streaming music to my Jaybird x3 earbuds during workouts but after running for 5-10 min the earbuds turn off. It doesn't just disconnect, it turns the earbuds off. It must somehow send Bluetooth command(potentially malformed) telling the earbuds to turn off. I then have to repair which happens around 5 times during a 45 min run... This is not an issue when I steam music from my phone as I used to run with my phone and stream to the x3 all the time before I got this watch.
Also the only way for me to connect is to 1. Set the x3 to pairing mode, 2. on the watch set the audio output to Jaybird x3 and press connect 3. Back out of the connect menu 4. Press connect a second time
This seems like a strange sequence to pair. If I wait on step 2 it does not connect. If I try step 2 before step 1 it will not connect.
I would really appreciate a software update or fix that addresses this issue. I'm a bit disappointed that a $550 device cannot consistently stay connected to Bluetooth headphones that have been around since 2016
