I have the venu 3s and just cannot get the mic to work during a call, the caller cannot hear me at all. Answering calls on my watch is an important function to me and one of the reasons I picked this watch. I have a Samsung galaxy s24 and apparently its a known issue. Why then will a fix not be rolled out in an update? Samsung isn't an obscure company so I don't see why it won't be fixed.
Any help?
