Black Dots On Screen

This is the first time I’ve experienced a hardware issue with a Garmin watch since 2017. I’ve used many different models over the years without any problems. Just sent my watch to the local authorized Garmin dealer for inspection, but I haven’t received any feedback yet. They seem to be a bit slow with the process.

There is no functional problem with the watch, however the black dots appearing between 23:00 and 24:00 on the display are visually disturbing to me. What do you think the problem might be? I don’t think they look like dead pixels.
