My body battery was 100 this morning (rare!). I went for a run earlier and it was 60 early this afternoon. I then got an update alert. I updated and have done very little since. My body battery is now 5! It looks like it was 60 before the update then immediately dropped. I don't think I will be back to 100 for a while
