I have a very annoying bug on my Venu 3. When I try to download anything in the Spotify app the download screen appears and the Wifi icon turns blue. After a while it turns to grey and nothing ever downloads and sticks on 0%. The screen then becomes unresponsive and the only option is to hold the power button and force restart.
I'm on SW beta version 17.02 and Spotify app version 1.7.5 but I dont know if this is a problem related to the beta SW or not.
If anyone has any solutions Id really appreciate it. Ive unenrolled from the beta waiting for the stable release hoping it could be a beta glitch but I have no idea I could be waiting for stable and if that will even solve the problem.
Edit: Also tried Amazon music and the same thing is happening. I've also tried a different WifI connection so it isnt that.
