My Venu 3 says I can't download music because the battery is too low to establish a Wi-Fi connection. However, I've charged the battery to 100%. All updates are installed, and even a soft reset and reconnecting to Wi-Fi didn't help. I really don't want to do another hard reset. Can anyone help me?
