I am unable to accept calls on my Venu 3 watch. I can see the incoming call, but it does not respond when I tap the handset/answer icon. My mobile phone is a Huawei P30. The phone and watch are paired. Does anyone have an idea what should be done?

I don't even see the incoming call notification. No obstante, para enviar llamada todo funciona sin problemas However, making calls works perfectly ¿?
