Same here. Been going on for months with my venu 3. Was told it's a bug that may not be fixed soon. Would love if it was.
I was told you have to turn stat tracking on before you start the round and you had to play at least 5 complete 18 hole rounds. I bought a the s44 and have played 3 rounds with it so we will see if that’s true. So far same thing.
They've confirmed it's a bug for this device and none of that will work. There's no update on if it will be fixed.
