There definitely seem to be some undocumented changes to 17.01.

Comparing software versions with 16.07

Sensor Version: 34.13 -> 35.10

WHR Version: 20.06.02 -> 21.01.00

BMX: 20.6.2 -> 21.1.0 (now matches Secondary BMX)

NFC Version: 3.5.5 -> 3.5.8

I received another update today. Just popped up on the watch. I installed it but not a single version number changed.

Makes me think Garmin sent you a patch for whatever bugs they found in the 17.01 update. Just checked mine, but no update available.

Thanks for the heads up. Time Zone versions aren't listed under SW versions on the device.
